RMI Support Staff

RMI's Customer Support staff is dedicated to assisting you in making RMI's services a useful and vital part of your business. Staffed with experienced and dedicated personnel, RMI's team is trained to help our customers use our services to their fullest potential.

RMI's Car Hire support staff has years of experience in dealing with issues that arise in both car hire payables and car hire receivables. Whether it's assisting fleet owners to ensure all car hire is accounted for, or guiding railroads on accurately paying their car hire obligation, RMI's staff is available to tackle the toughest issues.

RMI's RailConnect Support staff consists of some of the most experienced software and railroading personnel available. Whether it is transportation operations, railcar billing, interline settlements or car repairs, RMI's support staff has the experience and knowledge of our systems to help you. Training and follow-up support is provided on the phone, in our training centers in Atlanta or Seattle, or on-site at your operation.
