a week. IRCS-Connect users can call this number
to report problems with printers, communications,
EDI or other hardware related issues.
Application type questions covering "how-to"
type issues are normally handled during our regular
Monday thru Friday support schedule. RMI has an
emergency on-call staff availalbe around the clock
to handle issues that cannot wait. Users should
be aware that additional fees might be charged
depending on your contract with RMI.
